We all need a cleansing from time to time, just like we shower or bath ourselves physically, on the spiritual realm we also need a cleansing... especially if you are more inclined in the magickal side of the world... things can attach to use more frequently... 

This cleansing can either be done in person, or more recently online via video call... This is not my ideal way but as time change so should we...
